Refund policy

We want the playbook to be useful to your family. If it isn't, here is how refunds work.

Playbook only (one person or family pack)

• Ask within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
• When a refund is made, your playbook link stops working. Playbooks you already downloaded are yours to keep.

Playbook with a printed copy

• Before your copy ships: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After it ships: the playbook part is refundable within 14 days, but not the printing and mailing. If your copy arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, tell us and we'll send another.

Playbook with a review call

• Before the call: a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• After the call has taken place: the call is not refundable.

How to ask

Email jeff@jcady.org with your order number (it starts with FP- and is on your receipt and in your playbook's footer). Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
